We receive many submissions, so we hope this guide helps you incorporate and meet the necessary qualifications. We must stress the BitAngels community are not investment advisors, but we seek to find the highest quality companies available in order to create valuable events.

  • Does the presentation look complete and well put together?

  • Is there a website with sufficient additional information?

• Why

  • Why is this solution needed for the market?

• Technology

  • Is the company solution rational based on the chosen technology?

  • Is it easy to use and scale?

• Competitive Advantages

  • Is it faster, cheaper, easier, more scalable, or more fun (ex. gaming) than the competition?

• Timeline

  • What is the timeline for the product and its completion points?

• Who

  • Is the team qualified to achieve the goal? 

  • Does the team have past experiences launching or working in businesses?

• Raise Details

  • How much is the company looking to raise?

  • Is it a token sale, equity, or other?

  • How did the company reach their valuation?

• Usage of Funds

  • How will the company use the funds being raised, and why are they necessary?

• Community

  • Is there an existing community excited about the product on social media, Telegram, or other platforms?

• Market Strategy

  • What is the current market strategy to gain clients or customers?

  • Are there existing promotional materials or a PR strategy?
