Rich Kopcho

Rich Kopcho is a business veteran with over 25 years of experience. He has held executive positions in business development, international marketing, and product management for Hewlett Packard and consulted for Fortune 100 clients on strategic planning and operational efficiency. He has experience launching or joining 20 startups in his career. In 2013, Rich obtained his first cryptocurrency and has been actively engaged in the blockchain community over the last 6 years. He produced the Wyoming Blockchain Stampede for 4 years, and Inevitable World Summit for 2 years. He currently advises Web3 companies and mentors at Techstars; most recently the Launchpool Web3 and ABN AMRO Accelerators.
Why do you love building startups?
Rich loves the creative process that embodies the startup grind. He operates a venture studio manufacturing emerging technology startups and commercialising foundational and next-generation technology solutions for various enterprise verticals in the areas of blockchain, AI, IoT, Data & Analytics, and Quantum computing. He has spent the past decade serving as a mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs at multiple colleges and startup accelerators. His actions are guided by the adage "There is more happiness in giving than receiving". It made a difference that he was mentored by successful people early in his career. Thus, he takes pleasure in paying it forward by helping the next generation working on Web3 solutions get a head start. Advice in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, go-to-market strategy, and product marketing are among his specialties.
Giezi Ordonez
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CRYPTO SOLUTIONS LLC
Giezi Ordonez is an advocate for the adoption and use case of blockchain technologies. He entered the blockchain industry in 2018, and he has been active since then. Giezi started and built multiple businesses that sold directly to consumers, and he was a nominee for the 2021 Forbes 30 under 30 in Retail and E-commerce before he decided to focus all his attention on blockchain technology. He now devotes the majority of his time to researching cutting-edge technologies, establishing connections between those technologies and various resources, and making positive contributions to the expansion of blockchain-based solutions. Giezi spends some of his spare time investigating digital currency startups to gain a better understanding of the teams that are behind various projects and to contribute to the growth and adoption of the underlying technology.
